Calmness is our inert property which can be disturbed by our good or bad doings (KARMA). We come across many people surroundings and situation on a particular day.
These situation can please us or annoyed us sometime. We should try to overpower such extremes situations of our life.  Maintenance of Balance between the situations is another name of life. When interacting with people society and other we should maintain a perfect balance between these all.

Maintaining of calmness in every situation will give you the strength to face the situation. Maintaining your calmness will make you internally emotionally strong and stable. We should not leave our calm ever especially on workplace. We have to do some works in order to run our livings so we work somewhere in office or in hospital or different workplaces. On these workplaces we interact with so many peoples from different background and believes.
Some may be differ on different issues different people think differently, some want to achieve perfection some want to do routine tasks, some don’t want to do both. We should respect each other thoughts and respects others believes. On average we spent around 8-10 Hrs at workplace on an average day so we are spending more time then what we use to spend with our family. We should respect our office mate’s believes and intentions.

avoid work place tension and stress it will improve your productivity and remove misunderstandings.

Calmness has its own charm, it gives a employee job satisfaction and enhance productivity and help to get the job done.

Thus maintain workplace a happy stress free place.

               Power of listening

One of my friends mentor told me a very practical thing, "when you talk you are only repeating what you know, but when you listen, you may learn something new."
How beautifully he narrated the power of listening. Those who listen more I think they grasp more after listening do think about what you have listened, then try to analyse it.

Listening power is God gifted to some, but it can be acquired by practice. Some people don't listen carefully and start asking wage questions this may leads you in to a feeling of shame in some situations.

Try to listen carefully it will increase your patience another power to your personality.

Silent listing can also give us joy, try it when you are in lap of mother nature. Try to listen what you deserve nature has lots of things to heard and sings. Listening more talking less always leads to reasoning more.
More reasoning will leads to more understanding, so always listion more to understand clear.
Overall if speach is silver listening is gold.
So listen more to succeed that is why God gives us two ears and one tongue.

Gurugram or Gurgaon- what is in the name

Few days back government had changed the name of Gurgaon to Gurugram.  After this lots of conversation with in the country started some want to change the name of states some wants to change the names of roads.

Why all this happening? It is not very difficult to understand. There is a very big political agenda and economical favour.

If we want to change name of a single metro station it cost around tens crores Indian rupees. Now guess the finances needed to change the name of a whole big dammn city.

Simple reason I feel is this, some time political agenda are also their.our honest leaders to make puplic of a special category happy are also behind the name change game.
Both these activities harm us and our society emotionally and financially.

Common people if this country will get nothing from this type of controversial issue. It doesn't matter if it's Gurgaon or Gurugram common people has to earn his bread butter working hard here in this place only.
His children remains in same schools of this city, his transport system has no change. Like yesterday, today also he has to go to the office in same  overcrowded metro and buses.
Common man has to suffer for water, electricity and transportation.
Changing the name of the city will not change the conditions of the citizens dwelling in it.

Science says that energy of this universe is constant, it can not be created nor destroyed.  We should understand this and apply the same to our daily life also. Our thoughts and deeds also works on this law of conservation.

In our old sculptures also it is mentioned that as you saw as you going to reep. So be sure that our deeds should be clear kind and generous.

See in the eyes of a child you never see any worry why because of its pureness. As he stay in environment for his childhood everyone love him and try to give him joy because he leaves love and joy to the world.

As time passes he has more and more interaction with world where he disseminate other feelings like anger, greed, wittiness so he also get back the same from the world.

This implies in every share of life whether in office, mall, train, aeroplanes where ever you go this remains constant.in life if you give love, respect and live with kindness people will love you like you and give the same to you vice verse.

Hardwork has no alternate

Hard-working nature is a nature to sure  success. Hard-working individual are all time favourite of everyone. They are not the mile stones for themselves but they are exàmple for other also. They make their life full of achievements and set examples to other to achieve the same.
Hard working people are honoured and praised by the society and people in their near. Everyone like them because they spend most of their time making them self busy.

Cleanliness is not Modi's duty only

Cleanliness is next to the godliness.
Mahatma Gandhi's views for cleanliness are very much clear. He always emphasise that we should be able to clean our inner self as well as our surroundings.

Clean environment keep us healthy and happy. Cleanliness keep us away from diseases.
Cleanliness has nothing to do with our social status most of the people think that poor or low socioeconomic status holder don't maintain cleanliness, but on the contrary I found some rich high socioeconomic status holder much more clumsy fleathy. See if we required prime minister to address for small basic things like hygiene and cleanliness, I don't think we could survive as developing country.
 Cleanliness drive is our collaboration. Everyone has to contribute for the common drive. If all of our understand the importance of cleaning we can achieve a status of clean India very soon.
